1. What we collect

When you submit a quote request, call us, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, business or organization name, phone number, email address, project location and address, facility details such as dimensions and intended use, budget information, and anything you write in a message field.

If you become a customer we also hold order and invoice records, delivery addresses, and — where applicable — a resale or exemption certificate you provide.

Our website host records standard server log information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and reliability purposes.

We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.

2. Why we use it

We use your information to prepare and send your quote, to follow up about your project, to place and fulfill an order you approve, to arrange delivery and installation, to handle warranty and freight claims, to notify you of a safety recall affecting a product we supplied, and to meet our tax and recordkeeping obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• Manufacturers — to place and fulfill an order you have approved, and to process warranty claims.
• Freight carriers and installers — delivery address, site contact and access details.
• Service providers that operate our business, such as our website host, email provider and accounting software, under their own confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and tax authorities, where we are required by law to do so.

4. Calls, email and text messages

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your project and your quote. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us on a call, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us. If we ever send a marketing email it will carry an unsubscribe link; opting out of marketing does not stop messages about an order you have placed.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising pixels. We may use basic, privacy-respecting traffic measurement to understand which pages are useful. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this page before doing so.

6. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become orders are kept while the opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Order, invoice and tax records are retained as long as required by Florida and federal tax law, which is generally several years.

7. Security

We use access-controlled accounts and reputable service providers, and we limit who can see your information to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@floorplanfitness.com or call (407) 309-6157 and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records for tax and warranty purposes even after a deletion request.

We extend these choices to everyone who contacts us, regardless of whether a particular state privacy law applies to a business of our size.

9. Children

This website is intended for business customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
